Bill Van Cleve: Owner and CEO of Foto 1 Imaging for 26 years. Resides in Ann Arbor with his wife Carolyn and their two billet USA Olympic hockey players. Two children Caitlin, 27, and Ellen, 24 who both reside and work in Chicago. Graduate of Central Michigan University 1971 .cool guy, good athlete.

Gerry Snyder: Founding partner of Paragon Display Group. Starting out 26 years ago, Gerry and Bill have guided the growth and transformation of our business from a small 1 hour photo lab to our current status as a preferred provider of large format graphics and custom displays to our many clients. Gerry and his wife Gayle have been married for 28 years and have two sons, Justin and AJ. Currently living in Brighton, Mi with their dog Fred.

Don Schroeder: Vice President of Operations and Sales
Don is responsible for general daily operations, managing the sales team and working with the management team to develop new products and services for the company. Don enjoys working with people and has a vast knowledge of the commercial printing business having been in the industry for over 12 years. Don obtained his Bachelors Degree from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and has been with Paragon since 1996.

Don and his wife Cheryl reside in Ann Arbor with their two young children Tyler and Abby. In his spare time he enjoys playing ice hockey, golf and competing in triathlons.

Erin Holmberg: Erin has been coordinating projects for Paragon Display Group since the Fall of 2005. Her BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) with a focus in design and art history, makes the creative atmosphere at Paragon a great fit.
